Seasoned Shrimp with Remoulade Sauce

Shrimp

1 Ib Medium uncooked Shrimp (approximately 15 per pound).
1 ½ tablespoon Seafood Blackening ,per pound of shrimp
3 tablespoon olive oil

Direction for Shrimp

Toss the shrimp with the Seafood Blackening in a medium sized bowl until evenly coated. In a medium sized pan, add the olive oil and cook the shrimp until firm. Refrigerate until ready to serve.


Remoulade

½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup red onion, diced fine
¼ cup celery, diced fine
½ lemon, squeezed
½ teaspoon
Pirate’s Bite or crushed red pepper flakes
Dash of Worcestershire
1 tablespoon paprika

Blend ingredients and set aside till ready to serve.
